When you place your order you will get a confirmation email that you can use to confirm delivery. (Except International orders and select styles from other warehouses).
Orders are shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Unfortunately, we can not determine the price of shipping for your order until it has actually shipped. However, the price of shipping will be listed on your invoice when you receive your order. Please do not contact us about the price of shipping for your order, unless there is a problem with it after you have received your order and invoice.
Our designer items are taking directly from OEM factories.
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture.
But the factories cannot provide us the paperwork even though we purchase a large quantity from them, but we can assure they are in high quality.
Since no paperwork to provide, so it is hard for us to say how authentic they are.
